Author's Chair 1

Aayla has been working really hard during Write to Self time. She has been copying out lots of sentences using books from her learning box. You are a great author Aayla!

My Puppet

Here is a picture of Aayla and her puppet, Ariel. Te Kakano made puppets for Friday Surprise Day and our Whakangahau. We had to think about all the parts our puppets would need. We also had to show persistence to make sure the parts stayed on and looked how we planned it. 

"My puppet is special because I made it with glitter string. We have to look after it carefully because it was made of hot glue. It was hard to glue the things on. I had to stick the decorations on. "
